You will get a mail from SIAHMSR responding to your enquiry and if you wish to get an appointment with one of our physicians you can pay Rs-300/- as consulting and registration fee. SIAHMSR will contact you "to fix an appointment" which is convenient to both of us. After that you may consult our physician online in google meet, whats app of your phone as per the appointment time fixed. You will be reminded about the appointment by our team in whats app and by phone call message one day prior to consultation. If you have any inconvenience we will change your appointment to another day of your choice considering the availability of our physician also.
After consultation medicines/ nutritional intervention/ products / health instruction protocols/ counselling will be directed depending on the specialty you choose to consult. Siahmsr has multiple intervention programs of health, and nutrition. If you opt only for medicinal treatment for a disease you will be provided with it with utmost sincerity and dedication. At any phase of your treatment you can join our other healthcare programs if the physician recommends it for your health after thorough evaluation and you also wish to join. We will give you suggestions regarding the ideal and best possibilities in management of disease or health problems. It is up to your choice if you join it or not. However in lifestyle diseases we will give you a nutrition and diet chart as part of treatment along with medications which will not be charged separately. SIAHMSR provides it as part of our vision of wellness to all, which is the driving force behind the genesis of this institution SIAHMSRWELLNESS digital healthcare.
After the consultation [in any specialty or health care programs] SIAHMSR will send you the bill for payment for the services you requested for. In case of medicinal treatment your medicines will be sending within 24- 48 hours to the address provided to us during consultation once you make the payment. In case of any unexpected delay or inconvenience we will notify you immediately about it and will attempt to deliver the consignment to you at the earliest. If it is impossible we will refund your medicine charge to your account. This delay usually do not happen, we are just inviting your attention to our patient care and health delivery policy which is very transparent.
Similarly our other services also will be charged after consultation and you can opt for it. For example, in mental health specialty, counselling is delivered online as sessions depending on your health issues. So you may have to pay the fee fixed for counselling sessions each before our counselling homeopathic physician attend you online. The physician may recommend you homeopathic medicines in cases requiring medicinal aid. You can opt for purchasing medicine and SIAHMSR will send you medicines through the same process aforementioned. Counselling alone is also made available for career guidance, parenting tips etc.
Our all other health programs of nutrition, yoga and fitness etc. have fixed charges for a fixed duration and which will be shared with you during appointment with respective consultants. We have made our services affordable to all, as our mission is to provide wellness, curing or managing diseases as well as other health issues within the scope of our medical expertise and experience to the maximum extent.
If we find that your clinical condition needs some other treatment in a well sophisticated hospital setting or it is advanced beyond the possibility of management by us we will refer you to another medical institution of your choice and it will be explained to you in detail with a reference letter without citing any specific institution, which is solely up to your choice or discretion. In that case you will have to pay only the initial registration charge rs-300 which you might have paid already for consulting and registering with SIAHMSR physician. Physician will attend you online and may consult you with required investigative reports. If your condition is found to be serious or advanced as per the results of tests conducted on you correlating with your case history taken or found to be non-manageable in our medical center we will send you a reference letter for advanced treatment in a hospital setting. No other bills will be there if we do not provide medicine or services like nutrition, healthcare programs etc. This is cited here as part of SIAHMSR healthcare policy.
In our weight loss programs, a physician [homeopath and nutritionist] will consult you online and will decide the weight loss protocols including diet & exercise programs in sessions and medications only if the condition demands it and you opt for it. The decision making in most of the treatments is based on the lab tests and imaging studies required for assessing your health status. SIAHMSR provides only research based protocols for weight loss. We do not recommend huge intake of herbs or vegetable leaves of any kind as decoctions. We use only homeopathic medications if your obesity or overweight is found to be linked with a disease condition or state as per the investigative lab reports and other studies.
Similarly our mental health clinic, wellness clinic, stress management and aesthetic clinic functions with patient friendly but evidence based protocols by qualified physicians under the guidance of SIAHMSR medical director at each phase of treatment.
We believe in the conduct of mutual respect and courtesy in our patient doctor interactions and vice versa during SIAHMSR consultations in all our specialties. We believe in ethical commitment of doctors to medical profession and try our best to make patient doctor interactions transparent and clear.
